"This song is pretty much a personal poem from me to The Most High" says ALIA. "It’s about surrendering to God’s will completely, and wanting there to be no compromise on serving Him on my part. Even when the road ahead seems uncertain, or when you feel like there are so many people around you not wanting you to have peace - I wanted to capture that emotion and those thoughts with a sound that reminds people of the music they fell in love with growing up—which was Classic R&B for me, growing up in the early 2000s, where we would listen to CDs and tapes from the 90s."
